Teen Center
The Teen Center empowers youth to find their voice and passion to make a difference in
their community and the world through opportunities for planning, decision-making, and
advocacy while becoming responsible, caring citizens, and acquiring skills to participate
in the democratic process. The Teen Center is affiliated with the Boys & Girls Club of
America and offers many DAF programs. Field trips and summer camps are also
offered through the Teen Center. Registration must be completed within CYPBMS.
The Teen Center offers a music room, gaming systems, a pool table, and offers many
clubs: Keystone Leadership Club, Fitness Club, Art Club, Chapter Chat Book Club and
Air Force Teen Council.
Available for youth ages 13-18.
Teen Center Membership
Membership registration is completed within the Child and Youth Program Billing
Management System (CYPBMS). Please contact the Teen Center/Youth Center during
office hours to be sent a link to create a profile in CYPBMS with instructions and requirements.
The cost for an annual Teen Center Membership is $60 and monthly memberships are $5. These prices are subject to change,
so don’t miss this great opportunity. Call the Teen Center for more information, (208) 828-2396.
Keystone Club
Meeting every Thursday, 3:45-4:45pm at the Teen Center
The Keystone Club is a leadership club for teens who are interested in learning or
improving their own leadership skills. The club focuses on Leadership, Community
Service, Academic Success, Career Preparation, and Teen Outreach. Come by the
Teen Center for more information.
Teen Sponsorship
Teen Sponsorship is available for teens that will be moving to Mountain Home AFB.
The Teen Center will partner your teen up with someone of the same age, grade,
gender, and with similar interests. Together they will tour the center, the school, the
base, so they will have an immediate friend the minute you land. On the other hand, if
you happened to be PCS’ing from Mountain Home AFB, we can help there to. Tell us where you are going, and we will
contact their Teen Center so your teen can correspond with someone who lives where you’re going.
Military Youth of the Year
Are you a true leader, a crusader for community service, a person with a vision for
America’s future? Then perhaps you are the next National Youth of the Year. Maybe you are the one to win the scholarship for Military Youth of the Year. If you think you have the right stuff, run, don’t walk to your Teen Center and inquire within.
