We offer a two exercise rooms for group aerobic workouts. Aerobic Room One is available for squadrons to use for physical training, while Aerobic Room Two is our mixed martial arts room, with mats, bags, a boxing station and an upstairs platform equipped with free weights and cardio equipment. Behind our facility, the CAC enabled 24/7 Fitness Annex has everything the main facility offers, as well as an indoor track and basketball/volleyball court (Please note that the access card is valid only for one year, make sure you renew it every year).

The Parent/Child Supervised Workout Area is located across the hall from the Cardio Theater. Parents are responsible for the supervision of their children when using this area. It is equipped with total body and cardio machines. Play area is not an allergy free zone, please refrain from bringing food or drinks (except water) into the area.

We also have two racquetball courts and a basketball court. We have a multi-functional fitness room for cross training needs. Sports equipment may be checked out at the front desk.

A variety of classes are offered monthly, including Yoga, Spin Class, Pump and Strong/Zumba classes.

Each locker room has a family changing area, private showers and a sauna.
